We do not store credit card information on our servers neither through your interactions on our website nor on the Safe YOU app. Equally we do not collect any mobile banking app or service related information including without limitations your login and password.  All data is handled directly by your mobile banking service provider, ensuring the security and privacy of your information through their systems.

 To ensure the security of data transmissions on our end, we offer HTTPS secure access to our website. Once you press the "Donate" button, you will be redirected to a secure payment transaction page managed by the bank. Your credit or debit card information will be secured and protected, and we will not have any access to it. The bank is obligated to maintain banking secrecy in accordance with the applicable legislation.

All transactions and donations made through our website, as well as the use of personal data related to those transactions, are carried out based on the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, regardless of the donor's citizenship or country of residence.

If you choose to make an anonymous donation, we will not collect any personal data that can identify you. Instead, your donation will be recorded in a manner that preserves your anonymity.
